Smith Marketing, Inc.was formed in 2001 by Betty A. Smith and son, Jason T. Smith.
Smith Marketing Inc. was established off of 27 years of successful real estate experience in the Triad area of North Carolina. It is a full service new home sales and marketing company with emphasis on large communities (PUDs). Smith Marketing Inc. consults with developers in land plan marketing strategies from the ground up, puts together builder teams and defines product mix for the communities, and handles the on-site operations and complete marketing services. Smith Marketing Inc. does consulting on a limited basis in NC, SC, and VA. Every full time employee is a licensed real estate broker. In February of 2009 Smith Marketing joined forces with Allen Tate Realtors.
