Meet Kathy Walden!

After many years in “foreign lands” like, Texas and Arkansas, I have returned to North Carolina to assist real estate clients with selling or securing a new home. Working with the real estate community is a privilege and an honor. My years “abroad” have deepened my ability to empathize, and my education, a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Texas A&M Corpus Christi, have helped me develop an eye for details. As I have made the triad my home, I am looking forward to helping you make it yours!

Meet Lisa Allen!

I grew up in Pennsylvania and over the years have lived in Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina. My husband Bill and I moved from Charlotte to the Lake Jeanette area over 5 years ago and we absolutely love all that Greensboro has to offer. I am so excited to be doing real estate here in the Triad area. Prior to doing real estate I spent 7 years in various banking functions and most recently 16 years in the insurance industry primarily in operations and underwriting. I look forward to using my personal and professional experience to assist you with all your real estate needs.

I grew up in Winston-Salem and later moved to Greensboro in 1989. I started my real estate career in 1996 as a Community Association Manager with Priestley Management Company then later started selling real estate in the Piedmont triad in 2003 specializing in new home construction sales and marketing.
