Testimonials from Seven Gates....
" Living at Seven Gates is like living with your friends. You know they are there watching out for you, there giving you a "Hi, how are you, today?" and going about their everyday chores. But you know that if you need them they will be there "Johnny on the spot" to offer a lending hand, an ear to listen, a hand to hold or a shoulder to cry on, if you need that. This is by far the "neatest" and most comfortable neighborhood that I've ever lived in. I even told Mr. Stone that I didn't want him to put a line of leyland cypress between phase one and phase two because I don't want a wall between my neighbors. This is a very unique neighborhood and I love it." Gail Hill

Gary and I moved to Seven Gates in October of 2007 after living in Summerfield, North Carolina for 22 years. Gary works in the New Bridge Bank building on New Garden Road and watched the homes being built. That’s what brought us to Seven Gates. We loved the different house plans and the options we were given for changes and upgrades to suit our needs. So, we decided to make the move. We were at the stage in our lives where we really wanted to downsize and eliminate the many hours of yard work.Seven Gates is the friendliest neighborhood we have ever lived in. Everyone is sincerely interested in maintaining a quality neighborhood. We do look out for one another and assist each other when there is a need. It’s a beautiful place to live, (a quaint little village in the midst of a big city.) We couldn’t be happier. Gary and Jane
