Smith Marketing, Inc. Residential Real Estate Property Searches

If you want a quick, easy way to find properties for sale, then our property search page provides you with valuable tools and information. Our easy-to-locate property search tool has advanced features to help you find the property that meets your search criteria. The map area has green circles with numbers that represent the available properties or houses for sale within that zip code area. If you click on a green circle on the map, you will see all of the individual green home icons, placed on the map for their exact locations. When you “mouse over” each green home symbol, the general information on the property displays, including sales price, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

To view one of the homes, simply click on the green home icon and the photo, MLS ID, address, and Quick Facts information will be listed to the right of the map. The map has controls on the left side, allowing you to zoom in or out. A “Draw to Zoom” feature enables you to draw a rectangle, circle or freehand shape around a particular area on the map that you would like to focus on for your search. When you click on “Map Options”, you can select if you would like to view the map from a road, satellite or terrain view. Click the “Help” icon to view helpful videos and information, located on the lower left side of the map. The map search allows you to easily search for all of the available real estate properties in Greensboro, High Point, Elon, and other areas in NC.

The “Search Criteria” section is located to the right, with menus, such as the type of house for sale, land, multi-family, rentals, new construction, and recent sales. Click on “Select Areas” to search by neighborhoods, school districts, cities, zip codes and counties. Use the sliders in the “For Sale Criteria” area to select ranges for the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, listing price, home size, year built, lot size and days on site. On the right column, there are additional search categories, such as “Lifestyle”, to search by schools, places of worship, shopping, restaurants, golf and fitness, and more. The “Value” category will let you type in an address to submit for a local neighborhood expert to perform a comparative market analysis (CMA) for the property. The “Areas” category enables you to search by categories, such as neighborhood and school district, and the “Favorites” category is a place to save property search favorites.

Registration is free on the website, enabling you to save your favorite searches and set alerts when properties become available or pricing changes occur.
